The Steps

The Vehicle Purchase Program not only offers you an exceptional value, it simplifies the car-buying process. Just follow these steps, grab your keys and enjoy the feeling of driving a new Nissan or Infiniti!

  1. Obtain a Claim ID Number by clicking on "Get VPP Claim Number" option to the left, be sure to jot the number down.
  2. You will be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number, company name, social security number or employee number, and the type of vehicle that is intended to be purchased.

 If the NNA employee or Affiliate is intending to purchase the vehicle, they should visit a participating Nissan or Infiniti Dealer, identify themselves as a VPP customer, provide the VPP Claim Number and name of their company, and present the following identification to the Fleet Sales Manager/Consultant at the dealership:

Drivers license and one of the following forms of identification:

  • Recent paycheck stub within last 30 days (feel free to mark through salary information)
  • Business Card Identifying their name and the name of the company
  • Security I.D. Badge with their name, company name and photo I.D.

3b.

 If the NNA employee’s or Affiliate’s immediate family or Extended Family and Friend is intending to purchase the vehicle, the NNA employee or Affiliate must be prepared to provide the immediate family or Extended Family and Friends name, address, telephone number, and the type of vehicle that is intended to be purchased when requesting a VPP Claim Number. The NNA employee or Affiliate would provide the VPP Claim Number to the purchaser, along with a copy of the NNA employee’s or Affiliate employee’s acceptable I.D. listed above (e.g. business card, photo I.D. badge, or recent paycheck stub) prior to his/her visit to the dealer. Please note that – the NNA employee/NNA Affiliate does not have to be present during the sale.

Once you’ve selected your vehicle, the dealership will calculate your purchase price using the VPP Claim Form online. The dealership will show you the vehicle invoice before completing this calculation.

The Vehicle Purchase Program also offers discounts on Nissan's or Infiniti's extended service agreement. If you are interested in purchasing a Security+Plus or Infiniti Extended Protection Plan, call Nissan Assurance Products support line at (800) 362-4111 and select menu option 3. Please note that you will be required to forward a check for the full contract price to Nissan's Assurance Products department to activate the agreement. Alternately, should you wish to finance the contract, you may purchase the above service agreement directly through a dealership at the time of your vehicle purchase. However, the VPP pre-negotiated price (dealer cost plus $50 processing fee) is greater than if purchased by calling the above toll free number.
